How Does Products with Issues Work?

The Products with Issues page displays products affected by a selected warning category from Diagnostics.
It helps you:

• Review affected products
• Identify product-level feed issues
• Understand the recommended action
• Open the product in Shopify Admin
• Fix the issue
• Generate the feed again

Open Products with Issues

1. Open Feed Projects.
2. Open Diagnostics for the required project.
3. Find Top Warning Categories.
4. Click View for the selected issue.

The Products with Issues page opens with the affected products.

Issue Types

Products with Issues can be opened for:

• Missing Product Image
• Missing GTIN / Barcode
• Title Is Too Short
• Missing Product Description

Affected Products Table

The table can display:

• Product
• Variant
• Issue
• Suggested Action
• Action

If an issue applies to a product variant, the affected variant is shown.

Suggested Action

The Suggested Action column explains what should be changed.
Examples:

Missing Product Image

Add a suitable product or variant image.

Missing GTIN / Barcode

Add a valid GTIN or barcode.

Title Is Too Short

Update the product title with more descriptive information.

Missing Product Description

Add a product description.

Fix Now

Click Fix Now to open the selected product in Shopify Admin.
After making the correction:

1. Save the product.
2. Return to Feedomix.
3. Generate the feed again.
4. Review Diagnostics.

A new feed-generation cycle is required before the issue status can be updated.
