What is Feedomix?

Feedomix is a Shopify product-feed app that helps merchants create, manage, diagnose, and synchronize product feeds.

What is a Feed Project?

A Feed Project contains the configuration used to generate a product feed, including Feed Details, Market Setup, Product Attributes, and Schedule.

Can I create multiple Feed Projects?

Yes. The number of Feed Projects available depends on your Feedomix plan.

Google Merchant Center

Do I need a Google Merchant Center account?

You need a Google Merchant Center account when using Feedomix for Google Merchant Center feed operations.

How do I connect Google?

Open the Feedomix Dashboard, click Connect Google, and complete Google's authorization process.

Why can't I see my Merchant Center account?

Make sure the Google account you connected has access to the required Merchant Center account.

If the required account is still not available, verify that you are using the correct Google account.

Feed Projects

How do I create a Feed Project?

Go to:

Feed Projects → Create Project

Then complete:

Feed Details → Market Setup → Product Attributes → Schedule

Can I generate a feed manually?

Yes. Open Feed Projects and click Generate now.

Manual generation starts a new feed-generation process for the selected project.

Does Generate Now change my schedule?

No. Manual generation does not change the configured automatic schedule.

Can I schedule feed generation?

Yes. The available options include:

• Manual
• Hourly
• Daily

The selected schedule determines when automatic feed generation runs.

Product Attributes

What are Product Attributes?

Product Attributes are additional Google product details that can be configured for products in a Feed Project.

Are Product Attributes required?

The Product Attributes step is optional where applicable. Some product attributes may be required depending on the product and Google Merchant Center requirements.

Can I edit multiple products?

Yes. Select multiple products and use supported Bulk Edit actions.

What is Auto Map?

Auto Map retrieves supported Google attribute values from Shopify Google metafields and prepares them for review.

Does Auto Map immediately apply changes?

No. Auto Map creates a review draft first. You can review the proposed mappings before applying them.

Diagnostics

What issues can Diagnostics show?

The documented Diagnostics issues are:

• Missing Product Image
• Missing GTIN / Barcode
• Title Is Too Short
• Missing Product Description

How do I fix a diagnostic issue?

Open the issue, review the affected product, click Fix Now, update the product in Shopify, and generate the feed again.

Why is the issue still showing?

The Diagnostics result is based on feed-generation data. Generate the feed again after correcting the product.

The updated result becomes available after the next feed-generation cycle.

Feed Rules

What Feed Rules are available?

Feedomix supports:

• Exclude by Tag
• Exclude by Vendor
• Exclude by Collection
• Exclude by Product Type
• Title Prefix
• Title Suffix

Do Title Prefix and Title Suffix change my Shopify product title?

No. They change the title in the feed output only.

Can I preview Feed Rules?

Yes. The Preview section lets you review the effect of saved rules before feed generation.

The Preview can show affected products and the changes made by the configured rules.

XML Feed

Where can I find the XML Feed URL?

Open Feed Projects and use the available Open Feed action for the required project.

Does the XML feed update?

The XML feed reflects the latest generated feed data. Generate the feed again when product or feed configuration changes need to be included.

Dashboard

Why does my Dashboard show 0?

A 0 value can mean that no applicable data is available for the selected period or status.

Why is my product still pending?

Google Merchant Center may still be processing or reviewing the product.

Does Refresh force Google to process products?

No. Refresh retrieves the latest available Feedomix information. It does not force Google Merchant Center to process products immediately.

Why is performance data empty?

Performance information depends on data available from Google. Recently generated feeds may not immediately have performance information.

Which plan should I choose?

Choose the plan based on the number of products you need to manage with Feedomix.

What happens if my product count increases?

Review the available plans and move to a plan that supports your current product volume.
