Create, manage, diagnose, and synchronize your Shopify product feeds with Feedomix. Connect Google Merchant Center, configure feed projects, manage product attributes, control feed rules, and monitor feed health from one place.

How Does the Feedomix Dashboard Work?

The Feedomix Dashboard gives you an overview of your feed activity, Google Merchant Center connection, product approval status, feed performance, feed health, and recent feed-generation activity.

Use the Dashboard to:

• Check products included in your feeds
• Review approved, disapproved, and pending products
• Monitor feed performance
• Check overall feed health
• Connect your Google Merchant Center account
• Enable or disable Feedomix
• Identify feed issues
• Review recent feed-generation activity

Setup Guide

The Setup Guide helps you complete the main steps required to start using Feedomix.

It guides you through:

1. Connect Google Merchant Center — Connect your Google account and authorize the required access.
2. Create a Feed Project — Set up a feed project with the required feed details and configuration.
3. Generate Your Feed — Generate the feed after completing the project setup.
4. Review Feed Health — Check product status, feed issues, and other available feed information.

Complete each step to set up your feed and start managing your product data.

Date Range

The Date Range selector controls the period used for date-based dashboard statistics and performance information.

How to Use It

1. Open the Date Range selector.
2. Select a start date.
3. Select an end date.
4. Apply the selected range.

The Dashboard updates according to the selected period.

If no data exists for the selected period, the applicable metrics can show 0 or an empty state.

Important: Historical information is available only when corresponding feed or Google Merchant Center data exists.

Product Summary

The Product Summary provides an overview of products included in active feeds and their Google Merchant Center status.

It includes:

Products in Feed

Shows the total number of products included across active feeds.

Approved Products

Shows products approved by Google Merchant Center.

Disapproved Products

Shows products that have been disapproved and may require attention.

Pending Review

Shows products currently waiting for Google review or processing.

Newly submitted products may temporarily appear as pending because Google processing can take time.

App Control

App Control lets you enable or disable Feedomix.

Enabled

Feedomix can perform supported feed operations.

Disabled

Applicable Feedomix operations are stopped or unavailable until the app is enabled again.

After changing the toggle, check the displayed status to confirm the new state.

Important: Disabling Feedomix does not necessarily remove previously generated data from Google Merchant Center.

Google Account

The Google Account section connects Feedomix with Google and authorizes Merchant API access required for supported feed operations.

Possible states:

• Connected
• Disconnected
• Connection error

Click Connect Google and complete Google's authorization process.

The Google account should have access to the required Merchant Center account.

Feed Performance

Feed Performance displays available product performance information.

It includes:

• Impressions — Number of times products were shown
• Clicks — Number of clicks received
• CTR — Click-through rate based on impressions and clicks

The chart changes according to the selected date range.

Recently generated feeds may not immediately have performance data because the information depends on data available from Google.

Feed Health

Feed Health provides a visual overview of product status.

It displays:

• Approved products
• Disapproved products
• Pending products

The center of the chart displays the overall feed health percentage.

Click Manage Feed Projects to open the Feed Projects area.

Top Issues

Top Issues highlights important feed-related problems detected across feed projects.

Possible states include:

• Issues available
• No feed issues found
• Warning
• Error

When issues exist, review the available issue information and affected products.

Latest Feed Activity

Latest Feed Activity shows recent feed-generation activity.

Possible statuses:

• Completed
• Processing
• Failed
• No feed activity

When no feed has been generated, Feedomix can display:

No feed activity yet. Generate a feed to see recent runs.

You can generate a feed from Feed Projects.

Refresh

Click Refresh to retrieve the latest available Dashboard information.

Refreshing updates available Feedomix data, but it does not force Google Merchant Center to immediately process newly submitted products.

Google processing may take additional time.
