Why do I need to select a plan?

When using Feedomix for the first time, you may see a message asking you to select a subscription plan before continuing.

What it means:

• Your store is not subscribed to an active plan yet
• Feed management features are currently locked
• Product feed generation and synchronization cannot start until a plan is selected

This is a normal onboarding step for newly installed stores.

Starter

Suitable for stores with 0–500 active products.

Includes:

• Google Merchant Center feed
• Basic rules and diagnostics
• Up to 1 feed project
• Manual and daily scheduling
• Email support

Best for:

• Small Shopify stores
• Merchants getting started with product feeds
• Basic feed generation and synchronization needs

Growth (Most Popular)

Suitable for stores with 501–5,000 active products.

Includes:

• All Starter plan features
• Up to 3 feed projects
• Hourly scheduling
• Full diagnostics history
• Priority processing

Best for:

• Growing Shopify stores
• Merchants managing multiple product feeds
• Stores requiring more frequent synchronization and advanced diagnostics

Scale

Suitable for stores with 5,001–25,000 active products.

Includes:

• All Growth plan features
• Up to 10 feed projects
• Faster queue lane
• Extended diagnostics retention
• Priority support

Best for:

• Large Shopify stores
• High-volume product catalogs
• Advanced feed management and synchronization requirements

Usage & Subscription Management

The Plans & Billing section also helps merchants monitor subscription and feed-related activity.

You can manage:

• Current subscription plan
• Active feed projects
• Feed synchronization activity
• Billing information
• Plan upgrades and renewals

This helps merchants understand their current feed usage and decide when to upgrade their subscription.

How to select a plan

Steps:

• Open the Plans & Billing section
• Review the available plans
• Compare included features and limits
• Click on Start Plan
• Confirm your subscription

What this does:

• Activates your Feedomix subscription
• Unlocks feed generation and synchronization features
• Enables access to diagnostics, feed projects, and feed management tools
