How to Manage Feed Projects
Manage Your Feed Projects
The Feed Projects page lets you manage existing projects, manually generate feeds, monitor generation progress, access attributes and diagnostics, manage rules, and delete projects.
Access Feed Projects
Open the Feedomix app from your Shopify Admin and go to Feed Projects from the left sidebar.
Enable App
Before using Feed Projects, make sure the Feedomix app is enabled.
If the app is disabled, enable the app to allow feed processing and continue using Feed Projects.
Feed Project Information
The project list can display:
- Feed Title
- Channel
- Status
- Last Run
- Next Run
- Actions
Project Status
Active
The project remains available for manual and scheduled generation.
Inactive
The project is not currently active for normal feed generation.
Generate Now
Use Generate now when you want to manually start feed generation.
What Happens?
After generation starts:
- Feed Generation Progress updates.
- Synced product count increases.
- Remaining product count decreases.
- Final generation status is displayed.
Manual generation does not change the automatic schedule.
Feed Generation Progress
The progress area can show:
- Feed title
- Estimated processing time
- Current status
- Total catalog
- Synced products
- Remaining products
Possible states include:
- Idle
- Generating
- Completed
- Failed
Create Project
Use Create Project when you want to create a new Feed Project.

Project Actions
Open the three-dot menu to access:
- Attributes
- Diagnostics
- Rules
- Delete Project
Attributes
Opens the Product Attributes area for the selected project.
Diagnostics
Opens diagnostic information for the selected project.
Rules
Opens the Feed Rules section for the selected project.
Delete Project
Removes the selected Feed Project.
Use this action carefully because the project configuration will no longer be available in Feedomix.
