How to Customize the PehnAI - Try It On Button

The PehnAI – Try It On button allows shoppers to start a virtual Try-On directly from your storefront.


After adding the button to your product page, you can customize its text, popup content, shopper actions, messages, accessibility labels, and visual appearance from the button settings.


Open the Try It On Button Settings


To customize the Try It On button:


  1. Open your Shopify theme editor.
  2. Navigate to the product page where the PehnAI – Try It On button has been added.
  3. Select the PehnAI – Try It On button block.
  4. Use the available settings to customize the Try-On experience.
  5. Click Save after making your changes.


Button Text



The Button Text setting controls the text shoppers see on the button that starts the Try-On experience.


You can change the default button text to match your store's wording or branding.


For example:


Try It On, See It on You, or another text that clearly tells shoppers what the button does.


Where this appears: On the product page where the PehnAI Try It On button is displayed.


Popup Content



The Popup Content settings control the text shoppers see inside the Try-On popup.


These settings help you provide clear instructions and guide shoppers through the Try-On process.


Heading


Controls the main heading displayed at the top of the Try-On popup.


Description


Provides additional information or instructions about the Try-On experience.


Selected Product Label


Controls the label used to identify the product selected for the Try-On.


Customer Photo Label


Controls the label shown for the shopper's uploaded photo.


Photo Instructions


Provides instructions to shoppers about the photo they should upload for the Try-On.


Create Button Label


Controls the text displayed on the button shoppers use to generate their Try-On.



Result Heading


Controls the heading displayed after the Try-On result has been generated.


Try Again Button Label


Controls the button text that allows shoppers to try again with another photo.


Add to Cart Button Label


Controls the text displayed on the Add to Cart button shown with the Try-On result.


Adding to Cart Button Label


Controls the text displayed while the product is being added to the cart.


Added to Cart Button Label


Controls the text displayed after the product has been successfully added to the cart.


Added to Cart Message


Controls the confirmation message shown after the product is added to the cart.


Add to Cart Error Message


Controls the message shown if the product cannot be added to the cart.


Result Actions



The Result Actions settings control which actions shoppers can take after their Try-On result is generated.


Show Try Another Photo Button


When enabled, shoppers can select Try Another Photo to upload a different photo and generate another Try-On.


Show Add to Cart Button


When enabled, shoppers can add the selected product to their cart directly from the Try-On result.


Popup Accessibility and Zoom



The Popup Accessibility and Zoom settings control labels and instructions used when shoppers interact with the Try-On popup and generated image.


These settings are useful for making the Try-On interface easier to understand and navigate.


Close Button Label


Controls the label for closing the Try-On popup.


Remove Photo Label


Controls the label used to remove the uploaded photo.


Zoom Image Label


Controls the label for the zoom option on the Try-On image.


Zoom Hint


Provides guidance to shoppers about zooming into the image.


Zoom Viewer Label


Controls the label used for the image zoom viewer.


Close Viewer Label


Controls the label for closing the zoomed image viewer.


Zoom Further Hint


Provides additional guidance when shoppers can zoom further into the Try-On image.


Result Feedback and Messages



The Result Feedback and Messages settings allow you to customize the feedback shown after a shopper receives a Try-On result.


Feedback Question


Controls the question displayed when asking shoppers whether the Try-On result was helpful.


Helpful Button Label


Controls the label for the positive feedback option.


Not Helpful Button Label


Controls the label for the negative feedback option.


Feedback Thank-You Message


Controls the message shown after the shopper submits feedback.


Result Disclaimer


Displays a disclaimer informing shoppers that the Try-On is a virtual preview and may not exactly represent the actual product's appearance or fit.



Invalid Image Message


Displays a message when the shopper uploads an image that cannot be used for the Try-On.


Processing and Error Messages


The Processing and Error Messages settings control what shoppers see while their Try-On is being generated or when something goes wrong.


Processing Message


Shown while PehnAI is processing the shopper's Try-On request.


Creation Error Message


Shown when PehnAI is unable to create the Try-On result.


Preview Error Message


Shown when there is an issue displaying the generated Try-On preview.


Delayed Preview Message


Shown when the Try-On result is taking longer than expected to become available.


Popup Style



The Popup Style settings allow you to customize the visual appearance of the Try-On popup so it better matches your storefront.


Background Color


Controls the background color of the Try-On popup.


Text Color


Controls the color of text displayed inside the popup.


Button Color


Controls the background color of buttons in the Try-On experience.


Button Text Color


Controls the color of text displayed on the buttons.


Font


Allows you to select the font used throughout the Try-On popup.


Base Font Size


Controls the default text size used within the popup.


Popup Width


Controls how wide the Try-On popup appears on the screen.


Save Your Changes


After configuring the settings, preview the Try-On experience to make sure the text, actions, messages, and styling appear as expected.


Click Save in the Shopify theme editor to apply your changes to the storefront.


Tip: Keep your button labels and shopper instructions short and clear so shoppers can easily understand each step of the Try-On experience.
