I turned on PehnAI, but shoppers cannot see Try It On
Check that:
- Enable PehnAI is on in the Dashboard.
- The product is enabled on the Products page and you chose Save.
- Mobile or Desktop is on for the device you are testing.
- PehnAI is turned on in the active theme.
- The Try It On button is added to the product page in that theme.
- You are viewing a product that is enabled for Try It On.
The button is visible, but the preview does not work well
Open Products and check the product's readiness labels.
Use a clear image showing one garment and confirm that the selected clothing type matches the product.
Also ask shoppers to use a clear, well-lit photo of themselves.
Why is a product marked “Review required”?
PehnAI needs you to confirm that the product is suitable clothing.
Review the product image and clothing type before enabling it.
Why do I see a plan warning?
You may be close to the included amount, have used the Free plan's included amount, have additional Paid-plan usage, have a plan change scheduled, or have a plan that is due to end.
Open Usage & Billing to see the details and available choices.
How do I pause Try It On during a store update?
Turn off Enable PehnAI on the Dashboard.
This pauses Try It On across your store while keeping your product choices, history, and settings for later.
How do I get help?
Contact MakeProSimp support and include your store name, the product name, and a screenshot of the page or message you are seeing.
This helps the support team understand the issue faster.
How do I enable Try It On for a product?
Open Products, find the product you want to enable, select the checkbox, choose the appropriate clothing type, and select Save.
Can I enable Try It On for only specific products?
Yes. You can choose exactly which products offer Try It On from the Products page.
Products that are not enabled will not show the Try It On option.
Can I choose a different clothing type for each product?
Yes. You can select a specific clothing type for an individual product from the Products page.
What clothing types does PehnAI support?
PehnAI supports different clothing types, including:
- Dresses
- Pants
- Shirts
- Hoodies
- T-shirts
- And many more
You can also choose Automatically detect when you are unsure which clothing type to select.
What type of product images work best with PehnAI?
Use a large, clear product image that shows the garment clearly.
A high-quality image with the clothing item clearly visible can help generate a better Try-On preview.
Does Try It On work on mobile and desktop?
Yes. You can control where Try It On appears using the Mobile and Desktop toggles in the Dashboard.
Where can I see my Try-On activity?
Open Try-Ons in PehnAI to view shopper Try-On activity.
You can search and filter the list by product, status, and date range.
Where can I see my Try-On performance?
Open Analytics to review Try-On activity and performance over time.
You can view metrics such as total Try-Ons, success rate, add-to-cart activity, purchases after Try-On, and shopper feedback.
Do failed Try-Ons count toward my plan limit?
No. Only completed Try-Ons count toward your plan usage.
A Try On that fails or does not complete successfully does not count as a completed Try On.
