How does the PehnAI Products page work?


Use the Products page to choose exactly which products offer Try It On.


You can search by:


  • Product name
  • Variant
  • SKU
  • Vendor
  • Barcode
  • Tag
  • Type
  • Handle


Enable a Product


Step 1 - Open Products



Open Products.


Step 2 - Find the Product



Use the search field or browse the product list.


Step 3 - Select the Product



Select the checkbox beside the product.


Step 4 - Choose Clothing Type



Choose a clothing type such as:


  • Dress
  • Pants
  • Shirt


Choose Automatically detect if you are unsure.


Step 5 - Save



Choose Save to apply your changes.


Best Practice


Enable products that are clothing items and have clear, high-quality images.


This ensures shoppers see Try It On only where it is useful and relevant.


Disable a Product


To disable a product:


  1. Open Products.
  2. Find the product.
  3. Clear the checkbox beside the product.
  4. Choose Save.


Shoppers will no longer see Try It On for that product.


You may want to disable a product when:


  • It is not clothing.
  • Its image is unsuitable.
  • It is out of season.
  • You do not want Try It On for the product.


Past Try-On activity remains available in your reports.


Enable Several Products


Use the checkbox at the top of the product list to select or clear all products shown on the current page.


Choose Save after making your changes.


Product Readiness


Each product shows two labels that indicate how suitable it is for Try It On.


Support Status


Supported


The product is suitable for Try It On.


Review Required


PehnAI needs you to confirm that the product is suitable clothing. Review the product image and clothing type before enabling it.


Unsupported


The product is not suitable for Try It On. For example, it may not be a clothing item.


Unsupported products cannot be enabled.


Image Quality


Good


The product image is well suited for generating a preview.


Acceptable


The image can be used, but a clearer image may produce better results.


Poor


The image is unlikely to produce a useful preview. Consider using a clearer product image.


Best Results


Use one large, clear product image that shows the garment clearly.
