How do Try-Ons work in PehnAI?

Open Try-Ons in PehnAI to view shopper Try-On activity.

The page helps you review activity and filter Try-On sessions that may need attention.

Filter and Search

Use the controls at the top of the page to narrow the list.

Search

Use the search field to find a product by:

• Product name
• Variant
• SKU
• Vendor
• Barcode
• Tag
• Type
• Handle

Status Filter

Use the All statuses dropdown to filter Try-Ons by a specific status.

Date Filter

Choose from:

• Today
• Last 7 days
• Last 30 days
• Last 90 days
• All time

Try-On Statuses

Queued

The Try-On is waiting to start.

Processing

PehnAI is creating the preview.

Completed

The preview was created successfully.

Failed

The preview could not be completed.

Reading the List

Each row shows:

• Date the Try On was started
• Product the shopper tried on
• Status badge
• Processing time

Processing time shows a dash for Try-Ons that have not been completed.

When a Try On Fails

Step 1 - Open Products

Open the Products page.

Step 2 - Check Readiness

Check the product's support status and image quality.

Step 3 - Improve Configuration

Use a clearer product image or choose a more suitable clothing type.

Billing Note

Failed Try-Ons do not count as completed Try-Ons toward your plan limit.
