How does Usage & Billing work in PehnAI?

Open Usage & Billing in PehnAI to see your plan and current usage.

The page tracks completed Try-Ons in your current billing period.

Free Plan

The Free plan includes:

No monthly cost
10 monthly Try-Ons
Storefront virtual Try-On
Product-level Try-On controls
Custom Try-On button settings
Try-On analytics dashboard
Purchase attribution analytics
Customer photo privacy controls
Basic Support

Additional Try-Ons are not available on the Free plan.

Paid Plan

The Paid plan includes:

$19.99 per month
125 monthly Try-Ons
Storefront virtual Try-On
Product-level Try-On controls
Custom Try-On button settings
Try-On analytics dashboard
Purchase attribution analytics
Customer photo privacy controls
Priority Support
Additional Try-Ons at $0.15 each after the included 125 Try-Ons

What Counts as Usage?

Only completed previews count toward your plan.

A Try On that does not complete successfully does not count as a completed Try On.

Usage Cards

Completed try-ons

Shows all completed Try-Ons in the current billing period.

Included try-ons used

Shows how much of your included amount you have used.

For example:

11 / 125

Additional try-ons

Shows completed Try-Ons after the included amount on the Paid plan.

Current plan

Shows whether you are currently on the Free or Paid plan.

Billing Period

Your included Try-Ons begin again with each new billing period.

Additional Try-Ons are charged only after the Paid plan's included amount is used.

Change Your Plan

Upgrade to Paid Plan

If you are on the Free plan, choose Upgrade to Paid plan.

This will open the Plan page, where you can review the available Paid plan and upgrade your subscription.

Downgrade to Free

If you are on an active Paid plan, choose Downgrade to Free.

This will open the Plan page, where you can review the available plans and manage your subscription.

Choose the Free plan to downgrade your subscription.

Continue an Expiring Paid Plan

If your Paid plan is due to end, choose Subscribe to plan before the displayed date to continue without interruption.

Plan-Ending Notice

When a plan is due to end, PehnAI shows a yellow notice.

Your current plan continues until the displayed date.

Closing the notice only hides it. It does not keep the plan active.
