This feature will allow you to exclude product(s) from tracking. It means if you do not want to track specific product(s) due to some reason, then add that product(s) to the exclude products list by clicking the “Add New Product” button.
Merchants can add the product(s) by searching for the product(s). Here the app offers two ways for searching the product(s). The first is By Product name and the second is By Product ID.
- By Product Name:
Here, the merchants can search for the product to exclude by writing the exact product name. (Here, a short product name or product keyword is not allowed.)
- By Product ID:
Here, the merchants can search for the product to exclude by writing the product ID.
You can get the product ID by visiting the product page from Shopify Admin -> Products.
After searching for the product, please select the product from the list to exclude. Then after if the merchants want to remove the product(s) which have been excluded, then merchants can remove them by clicking on the delete icon on the right side of the product then after the product will be considered again for tracking by the app.
