How does the Customer List work in Back In Stock reminders in notim app?

By default the back-in-stock in the Notim App will automatically be set up with all basic settings. Let’s discuss the Customers List.

This section displays all customer-submitted back-in-stock email requests along with detailed product and notification tracking information. Each row represents a single customer request and its current status.

Each record includes the following details:

  • Date (UTC)

The exact date and time (in UTC) when the customer submitted the back-in-stock request.

  • Product name

The name of the product for which the customer requested a notification. Clicking the product name opens the product details.

  • Variant name

The selected product variant (such as size or color), if applicable. If no variant was selected, this will appear as “–”. And while clicking the variant name, it opens the product detail with selected variant.

  • SKU

The SKU of the product or variant, if available.

  • Vendor

The vendor name associated with the product.

  • Email

The customer’s email address where the back-in-stock notification will be sent.

  • Language

The language in which the notification email will be sent to the customer.

  • Status

  1. Pending: The notification has not been sent yet.
  2. Sent: The notification email has been successfully sent.
  3. Opened: The customer has opened the email.
  4. Clicked: The customer clicked a link in the email.
  5. Converted: The customer completed a purchase after receiving the email.
