1. You have disabled the ToastiBar ‑ Sales Popup App.

2. It may be because you have recently created a new store which doesn’t have any orders yet. So we suggest you should wait until you receive one or more orders and the ToastiBar ‑ Sales Popup App will start showing pop-ups automatically. 🙂

3. Until you get more(enough) sales, you can use the Cart Notification app, Online Visitors app, Recent Visitors app, Product Visitors app, Product Reviews app, Order Summary app, Low Inventories app, Cart Summary app, and many more by upgrading your plan.

What if I don’t have enough orders in my store?

No Problem, You are always able to show repeated products for the same orders on Sales Notification by enabling “Display the same products”. If you want then just hide the time ago part so your customers will see repeat products for the same orders in no time. You can also use the “Cart Notification” popups to create Notification pop-ups for add to cart events.

How do I know if Sales Notifications & Cart Notifications are working for me?

There have been many studies that show that humans like to mimic other human behavior. Sales Notifications & Cart Notifications offers a unique glance into what other users are doing that can provide the confidence and motivation to purchase from your site. A good way to compare the effective conversion rate increase would be an A/B test of 15 days running the ToastiBar ‑ Sales Popup App and 15 days without the ToastiBar ‑ Sales Popup App to see what conversions have increased.

Yes, If you have received offline manual order from your customer then you can create it from your store Shopify/Wix admin and ToastiBar ‑ Sales Popup App will capture that ordered product(s) automatically and start displaying pop-ups in your store. 🙂

I don’t want to show some products in Sales Notification popups. How do I do that?

Please go to ToastiBar ‑ Sales Popup App -> Click on the ‘Sales’ menu at the left side -> Click on the ‘Exclude Products’ tab -> Add a product(s) that you want to disable/exclude from the ToastiBar ‑ Sales Popup App.

I don’t want to show some orders in Sales Notification pop-ups. How do I do that?

Please go to ToastiBar ‑ Sales Popup App -> Click on ‘Sales’ menu at the left side -> Click on ‘Exclude Orders’ tab -> Press Delete icon from the list of orders that you want to disable/exclude from the ToastiBar ‑ Sales Popup App (Don’t worry, this process will never delete your orders).

Does the ToastiBar ‑ Sales Popup App require any custom development?

Nope, the ToastiBar ‑ Sales Popup App is straightforward. Simply install the app and you can see your sales notifications popups will begin.

How to remove the “powered by MakeProSimp” signature on the Notification Pop-ups?

Ensuring that the signature appears on notifications is a requirement set by developers for copyright protection. Nevertheless, you have the option to remove or disable it.

To remove or disable the signature, follow these straightforward steps. Begin by navigating to the ToastiBar – Sales Popup App, then click on the ‘Sales’ menu located on the left-hand side. Afterward, access the ‘Other Settings’ tab. From there, check the ‘Remove “powered by MakeProSimp”‘ box (if not checked) and save your changes. Removal of the signature is exclusively available in the Paid plan only. For a visual guide, please refer to the snapshot provided.

How do I cancel my ToastiBar ‑ Sales Popup App paid subscription?

You will need to click on the ‘Select’ button of the ‘Free’ plan in the ToastiBar ‑ Sales Popup App -> Plans page to cancel your paid subscription at any time.

How do I uninstall the ToastiBar ‑ Sales Popup App?

Simply remove the app from your Shopify/Wix store. All code will be removed.

Can I customize the template design of the Sales notification popup?

So sorry but no, you cannot customize the design of the sales notification popup because there is some default variable is required to display sales order so it cannot be removed.

Can I change the language in the ToastiBar ‑ Sales Popup App?

So sorry but no, you cannot change the language of the ToastiBar ‑ Sales Popup App but you can change the language of the message displayed in the pop-up.

What is the delay between notifications?

It is the time interval or gap between two notifications.

How to hide time in the sales popup?

You can hide the time ago part by going to the Sales -> Basic settings -> Template,  and remove the {{ time_ago }} variable to Hide time ago part. (Please click to see the image.)

What is display the same product on the product page?

For Shopify Users: You can set this option for better sales. When you enable it, the app will display the pop-ups of the same product on the product page until the product is added to the cart. Once the product is added to the cart, the app will start to display the pop-ups of other products to promote other products and inspire the customer to purchase other products. This feature will be available in the paid plan only.

For Wix Users: You can set this option for better sales. We will display the same product on the same product page. This feature will be available in the paid plan only.

Can I change the size of the popup?

No, unfortunately you cannot change the size of the popup. But you can change the style/design of the popup by going to Sales -> Design Setting -> Choose Design -> Change Design.

Can the ToastiBar ‑ Sales Popup App make website loading speed slow?

For Shopify Users: No, as we are using Shopify & Cloudflare CDNs (Content Delivery Network) with the new OS 2.0 app extension technology, our apps are as fast as your store and we are using some caching techniques that make it even faster. So, our apps will never slow down your website speed. Also, we are using the Shopify API script tag, our code will be added at last when your page content is loaded. So due to the Shopify API script tag, our app will not affect the speed of page loading.

For Wix Users: No, as we are using Cloudflare CDN (Content Delivery Network), our apps are as fast as your store and we are using some caching techniques that make it even faster. So, our apps will never slow down your website speed.

What is {{ line_price }} variable in Cart Notification Popups?

{{ line_price }} is the price of the line (the actual price of the one product * quantities of that product = line price of that product).

Can I hide the order after some days?

Yes, you can hide orders after some days by going to the Sales -> Basic Settings -> Other Settings -> Hide order after. Here, you can hide the order by giving the values in seconds or minutes or hours, or days. For example, if you will enter 365 days then the orders will be displayed in the popups up to 365 days from the occurrence. After 365 days the order will be hidden automatically.

Can I set a maximum popup display frequency per page?

Yes, you can set the maximum popup display frequency per page by going to the Sales -> Basic Settings -> Other Settings -> Maximum display per page.

Can I change the color of time ago part of the popup?

Yes, you can change the color of time ago part of the popup by going to the Sales -> Design Setting -> Personalization -> Time ago color.

How can I choose an animation for the popup?

You can choose animation for popup by go to the Sales -> Design Setting -> Notification Settings -> Animation Type.

Can I disable the popup for a specific page?

Yes, you can disable the popup for a specific page by going to the Sales -> Other Settings -> Disable Notifications and select the option from the available options. Or you can include the below meta in the page code:

In which sequence the popup is displayed? And can I display popup randomly?

The app will display the popup from the most recent orders to old orders. And yes, you can display the popup randomly by going to the Sales -> Other Settings -> Miscellaneous Options -> Select Randomly Display Notifications.

Can I close the notification popup? If yes then how?

Yes, you can close the notification popup. For that, please visit the Sales -> Other Settings -> Miscellaneous Options -> Select the option from Allow to close notifications.

How can I prevent the specific product to display in the popup?

You can prevent the specific product to display in a popup by going to the Sales -> Exclude Products -> Add New Product.

How can I exclude orders?

You can exclude orders by going to the Sales -> Exclude Orders and click on the icon available on the right side for the order that you want to exclude.

Can I display or exclude a popup for the product which is out of stock?

Yes, you can display or exclude a popup for the product which is out of stock by going to the Sales -> Other Settings -> Miscellaneous Options -> and select or deselect the Display Out Of Stock Products option.

Can I track what amount of information’s that visitors clicked?

Yes, you can track what amount of information is clicked by visitors. For that please visit the Sales -> Other Settings -> Select Enable UTM Params. After selecting (enabling) it, when the link is clicked, the tags are sent back to Google Analytics and tracked.

If I disable the cart notification, is the app display a sales notification popup?

Yes, if you disable the cart notification then the app will display a sales notification popup and vice versa.

Can I set the popup display time on the store?

Yes, you can set the popup display time on the store by going to the Sales -> Basic Setting -> Other Settings -> Display time.

Can I set the language for the time ago of the sales notification popup?

Yes, you can set a language for the time ago of sales notification popup by going to the Sales -> Basic Settings -> Template -> Click on Show Time Ago Language Settings(Optional).

What is the default template design in the Sales Notification popup?

The default template design in the Sales Notification popup is:

If you want to place a Customer Name in place of Someone then use the below template design.

Do I need to set up anything to display the pop-ups on my website?

The ToastiBar ‑ Sales Popup App will automatically be set up with default settings after you install the app. There are many other settings that you are able to customize if you want. And the app will automatically start to display the pop-ups on your website.

No, the ToastiBar ‑ Sales Popup App doesn’t make any changes to the theme files.

Are you GDPR-obedient?

Yes. GDPR (The General Data Protection Regulation is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy in the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA).) imposes some rules on companies that collect or use personal data. The ToastiBar ‑ Sales Popup App is not affected by that regulation because it does not process or use any personal data.

Is customer data protected? Do you process customer data?

The ToastiBar ‑ Sales Popup App does not collect or store any personal data of the customers.

How to check the website when adjustments are not visible?

1 We are using Shopify & Cloudflare as CDNs (Content Delivery Network) to boost your site performance and your site will never slow because of our app. As we are using CDNs so it may take 1-2 minutes for changes to take effect in your store when you change any settings from the app.
2 When you are not able to see the adjustment(changes), then please follow the below steps.
2.a After making any changes, please press the SAVE button.
2.b Open the website in an incognito tab and check for changes.
(Please ensure to refresh the page at least once.)

For Wix Users:

Yes, you can display the same product pop-up on a product page by enabling Sales -> Other Settings -> Miscellaneous Options -> Display Same Product On Product Page. (Please click to see the image.)

My website doesn’t display new sales in the Sales Notification popups, how can I start?

If the new (recent) sale(s) is not showing in the popup(s) automatically then you can refresh (re-fetch) your sales data by clicking the refresh link at Sales -> Basic Settings -> Status. Once you will click on the link, the app will load your recent sale(s) data and start to display the recent sale(s) in the pop-up(s).

When my order will be delivered?

For Shopify Users: So sorry but we are a Shopify App provider and we are not from the Sellers. So we don’t have any information about the orders. How to perform A/B testing for the ToastiBar – Sales Popup app?
