How Does the Manage Locations Feature Work in the Notim App?

The Manage Locations feature in the Notim app helps you accurately track inventory across multiple warehouse locations within your store. This ensures better stock visibility and timely low-stock alerts, reducing the risk of overselling.

With this feature, you can:

Select specific warehouse locations to include in inventory tracking.
Receive low-stock alerts based on the selected locations.
Enable or disable individual warehouse locations depending on your needs.

Available Options:

All Locations (Combined) (Recommended): Combines inventory across all warehouse locations. A low-stock alert is triggered if the total combined stock falls below the defined threshold.
New York Warehouse (Example Only): This is a sample location shown for demonstration purposes. Your own store’s warehouse locations will appear here. Tracks inventory specifically for a warehouse located in New York, United States.
Ottawa Warehouse (Example Only): This is a sample location shown for demonstration purposes. Your own store’s warehouse locations will appear here. Tracks inventory specifically for a warehouse located in Ottawa, Canada.

Note: If a warehouse is disabled or marked as inactive in your Shopify store, its inventory will not be included in inventory calculations or low-stock alerts.

Once you’ve selected the desired warehouse locations to monitor, make sure to save your changes to apply the updated settings.
