How does the Email Template work in Back In Stock reminders in notim app?



By default, the back-in-stock in the notim app will automatically be set up with all basic settings. Let’s discuss all options available in the Email Template one by one.

View Templates





The View All Templates button will display a list of the templates added for different languages. In this section, you can view the Language name, the Template associated with it, and the available Action options. Under the Action column, you have the option to edit or delete a template.

Additionally, by clicking on the Add New Template button, you can create and add a new template for a specific language. This allows you to further customize the email template to match the language preferences of your customers across different regions.

Add New Templates





Whenever you want to use a language-specific readymade template, you can easily add it by clicking the Add New Template button.



After clicking the button, the app will allow you to select a language from the list. Simply find and select the desired language. Once selected, the app will display the readymade template for that specific language. You can modify the template as needed, or if you’re satisfied with the default template, you can directly add it by clicking the Save button. Once saved, the template will be added to your list, and you’ll be able to view all the templates you've added in the View All Templates section.

Email Subject





This option allows you to specify the subject line for the email that will be sent to customers when the product becomes available (back in stock).

Merchants can also use the available variables when configuring the email subject line. The {{ shop_name }} variable will display the name of the shop, the {{ product_name }} variable will show the name of the product that is back in stock, and the {{ variant_name }} variable will display the name of the variant for the product that is back in stock.

Email Header





Here, you can specify the text that will be displayed in the email header.

Merchants can also use the available variables when configuring the email header. The {{ shop_name }} variable will display the name of the shop, the {{ product_name }} variable will show the name of the product that is back in stock, and the {{ variant_name }} variable will display the name of the variant for the product that is back in stock.

Email Body





This option allows you to specify the text that will be displayed in the email body.

Merchants can also use the available variables when configuring the email body. The {{ shop_name }} variable will display the name of the shop, the {{ product_name }} variable will show the name of the product that is back in stock, and the {{ variant_name }} variable will display the name of the variant for the product that is back in stock.





This option allows you to specify the text that will be displayed in the email footer.

Merchants can also use the available variables when configuring the email footer. The {{ shop_name }} variable will display the name of the shop, and the {{ start_unsubscribe }}unsubscribe{{end_unsubscribe}} variable will display the word Unsubscribe with a clickable link. By clicking the link, the customer will be able to unsubscribe from the email.





You can customize and upload your own logo within the notim app settings. Once your logo is uploaded, it will automatically appear in the email notifications sent to customers for the back-in-stock product. This gives your brand a consistent, professional appearance in all communication from the notim app.

The logo also adds credibility to your back-in-stock reminder emails, making customers feel confident and connected to your store. It’s a simple but effective way to ensure your customers associate the notifications with your brand.

If you later decide to remove the logo and display the store name in place of the logo in the back-in-stock reminder email, you can easily remove it by clicking the delete icon.

Color Settings



In the notim app, the Color Settings allows you to customize the colors of the email content and background, ensuring it aligns with your branding.

Email Text Color Settings





Site Name Color: This option allows you to select the color for the site name text. You can use the color picker to choose your preferred color.

Email Header Color: This option allows you to select the color for the text displayed in the email header. You can use the color picker to choose your preferred color.

Email Body Color: This option allows you to select the color for the text displayed in the email body. You can use the color picker to choose your preferred color.

Email Footer Color: This option allows you to select the color for the text displayed in the email footer. You can use the color picker to choose your preferred color.

Image Color Settings





Image Product Name Color: This option allows you to select the color for the product name displayed below the product image. You can use the color picker to choose your preferred color.

Image Variant Name Color: This option allows you to select the color for the variant name displayed alongside the product name below the product image. You can use the color picker to choose your preferred color.

Image Box Color: This option allows you to select the border color for the image box. You can use the color picker to choose your preferred color.

Background & Content Color Settings





Background Color: This option allows you to select the background color for the email template. You can use the color picker to choose your preferred color.

Content Background Color: This option allows you to select the background color for the content displayed in the email. You can use the color picker to choose your preferred color.
