How does the Back In Stock Dashboard look?

The Back In Stock Dashboard in the Notim app is designed to give merchants complete visibility into how back-in-stock notifications perform—from customer demand to real revenue.

This guide explains every section, metric, filter, and table in detail, so you can confidently understand the data and make better inventory, marketing, and merchandising decisions.

What the Back In Stock Dashboard Is Used For

The dashboard helps you:

  • Understand which products customers want
  • Track how many notifications are sent
  • Measure engagement (opens & clicks)
  • See how many purchases happen
  • Identify top-revenue products
  • Monitor recent subscriber activity
  • Measure ROI of back-in-stock notifications

Every element on this dashboard updates dynamically based on the selected date range and channel.

Data Tracking Information Banner

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see an informational message such as:

Tracking started on 24 Dec 2025. Activity before this date is not included. Metrics refresh hourly. Last updated 25 Dec 2025, 8:05 PM.

What this means:

  • Analytics start from the day tracking was enabled
  • Any activity before that date is not included
  • Metrics automatically refresh every hour
  • The “Last updated” timestamp shows the most recent refresh

This ensures all insights are accurate, transparent, and reliable.
