AI Chat Overview


AI Chat acts as a smart assistant that helps you quickly get answers and suggestions without navigating through multiple sections.



Action:

  • Go to Dashboard
  • Click on AI Chat


Understanding Suggested Questions


AI Chat provides predefined questions to help you quickly get insights without typing manually.


Why did sales drop?



This question helps you understand possible reasons behind a drop in your store sales.


AI analyzes your store data and highlights issues such as product problems, missing content, or performance-related factors.


Which products need improvement?



This question identifies products that require optimization.


AI lists products that may have issues like short descriptions, missing images, or other gaps affecting performance.


What should I fix first?



This question helps you prioritize tasks based on impact.


AI suggests the most important issues you should fix first to improve your store's performance quickly.


What is AI Answer?



The AI Answer section displays the response generated by AI.


It includes:

  • Explanation of the problem
  • Identified issues
  • Suggested actions or improvements


Once the answer is ready, you can review it and use the suggestions to improve your store.


How to use AI Chat and understand AI Answer status


Each suggested question in AI Chat includes an Ask this button, which allows you to quickly generate AI responses based on your store data.


Steps to use:


  1. Open AI Chat



  1. Click on Ask this to select a suggested question from the available options.



  1. Wait for the AI to generate the answer



  1. Review the AI Answer section



  1. Apply the suggestions to your store


What happens when you click “Ask this”?


Before clicking:

The AI Answer section shows a “Waiting” label, which means the answer has not been generated yet



After clicking “Ask this”:

  • The selected question is triggered
  • The question gets marked as Selected
  • The AI starts generating the response
  • The status changes from Waiting → Ready



Once the status shows Ready, the AI-generated answer is available for review and use.
