Dashboard — is a glance preview of the most crucial information for the store owners/merchants. The dashboard is an easy way to navigate directly to various areas of the application that require the store owners/merchant’s attention. Let’s discuss one by one all the options of Dashboard.

App Status Tostibar Sales Popup

Make sure the ToastiBar ‑ Sales Popup app status must be enabled to use all the apps like the Sales Notification App, Cart Notification App, Online Visitors Notification App, Recent Visitors Notification App, and Product Visitors Notification App.

1) Statistics:

Here the Statistics of dashboards aim to impart information quickly to store owners/merchants as they are engaged in time-sensitive tasks. The main goals of the Statistics are to present data deviations to the merchants quickly and clearly, show current resources, and display their status.

Here, the Statistics on the Dashboard are for the purpose of Analytics. Where you can find the Total number of Clicks, Today’s Clicks, Yesterday’s Clicks, The Last Seven Days’ Clicks, and The Last Thirty Days’ Clicks, performed by the Store Visitors. When a visitor clicks on the product in the Sales Notification popup or Cart Notification popup, clicks will automatically be reflected in statistical data. There are some options below:

1) Total:

Here, the Total will describe the total number of clicks performed by the store visitors on the product in the Sales Notification popup or Cart Notification popup. It displays the total number of clicks performed by the store visitors since the app is installed.

2) Today:

Today will display the total number of today’s clicks performed by the store visitors on the product in the Sales Notification popup or Cart Notification popup.

3) Yesterday:

Yesterday will display the total number of yesterday’s clicks performed by the store visitors on the product in the Sales Notification popup or Cart Notification popup.

4) The Last 7 Days:

The Last 7 Days will display the total number of clicks performed within the last 7 days by the store visitors on the product in the Sales Notification popup or Cart Notification popup.

5) The Last 30 Days:

The Last 30 Days will display the total number of clicks performed within the last 30 days by the store visitors on the product in the Sales Notification popup or Cart Notification popup.

The Statistical Analysis of Notification Apps displays the overall activity of the ToastiBar ‑ Sales Popup App (formerly known as Sales Notification App) and the app-wise statistical data with detailed reports.

1) Sales Notification

Here, you can see the number of impressions. (When the pop-up is displayed for more than two seconds on a page, the app will consider it as 1 impression.)

Clicks represent the number of clicks performed by the customer (visitor) in the pop-up.

Next is Click Through Rate (CTR) is the percentage of Clicks versus Impressions. And it is calculated by [CTR = (Number of Clicks * 100) / Impressions].

By clicking on the “View Report”, you can see the detailed report about the clicks performed by the customers on the pop-ups.

The report will include the Product Name, Device, City, Region, Country, And Clicked On.

  • Here, the Product Name defines the product on which the customer has clicked in the pop-up.
  • The Device will define the device from which the customer has clicked. (Desktop or Mobile/Tablet)
  • The City name will define the City from where the customer has clicked.
  • The Region will specify the Region (State/Province) from where the customer has clicked.
  • The Country name will display the name of the country from where the customer has clicked.
  • And at last, Clicked On will display the Date and Time when the customer has clicked.

2) Cart Notification

Clicks represent the number of clicks performed by the customer (visitor) in the pop-up.

The Dashboard has another analytics functionality called Most recent 5 clicked products. This feature proved very effective for the store owners/merchants to find the most recently clicked products.

This feature also describes the clicks from both Desktop and Mobile/Tablet.  So when any store visitor clicks on the product then it will reflect here automatically.

As you can see from the above snapshot that describes the Most recent  5 clicked products in Desktop and Mobile/Tablet and also shows the date and time of the click which is also very precious information for the store owners/merchants to build a marketing strategy.

4) Top 5 best performing products

The Dashboard has another feature called Top 5 best-performing products. With the help of such a feature, Store Owners/Merchants can easily find the top 5 best-performing products.

This functionality will give the complete set of the top 5 best-performing products on your website. So the store owners/merchants can easily build a marketing strategy to boost sales.
