How to manage reviews in the Product Reviews Notification popups?

Generate Review Link

To create a review link for your Shopify store, just click the "Generate Review Link" button.



When you click the "Generate Review Link" button, a popup will appear asking you to enter the order number. After searching for the order, the app will display the order details, including the products purchased. Select the product you wish to generate a review link for, then copy the link and send it to the customer to collect their review.

For Wix

Access a complete list of product reviews for your Wix store here. The list features the product image, product name, rating, review text, review date, customer's first name, location, and actions such as pause/resume, edit, and delete.

The app also enables you to import and export review lists and add new reviews directly to your Wix store.

Add a Review

To add a review for your Wix store, just click the “Add A Review” button.



When you click the “Add a Review” button, a popup will appear asking you to enter the review details. Simply fill in the required information and click the "Save" button to add the review to your Wix store.

For Shopify & Wix

Import

To import a list of product reviews, simply click the “Import” button.



Please note that the CSV file must follow a specific format for a successful import. If you're unsure about the format, you can download a sample CSV file from the popup for reference.

Things to keep in mind before importing:
+ The imported CSV file must be comma-separated; it should not be tab-separated.
+ Importing the file will overwrite the existing data. And, to add new data to the existing list, follow these steps:
- Export the current list (if you already have the data) to a CSV file.
- Append or update the required data in the CSV file.
- Import the modified CSV file back into the app to incorporate the changes.
+ For backup purposes, we highly recommend exporting the current list before importing the new one.

Once you've selected the correct CSV file, simply click the "Import" button. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful upload. If there are any issues during the import, you will be notified by email.

After receiving the confirmation email, go to the configuration page and reload it to view the updated list of product reviews.

Important considerations when preparing the CSV file:
+ Ensure that the first row of the CSV file contains the pre-defined headers.
+ All the columns in the CSV file are compulsory fields.
+ If you leave the compulsory field(s) blank, the app will skip the review while inserting it.

Export:

To export a list of product reviews, simply click the “Export” button.



Upon clicking the “Export”, a popup will appear, prompting you to provide the email address where you wish to receive the review list in CSV format.
