The ToastiBar App includes a comprehensive Dashboard, which provides a quick overview of the most important information for store owners/merchants.
Now, let’s explore each of the dashboard options, one by one, to understand how they work and how they can help you manage your store more efficiently.
1) Status:
Make sure the ToastiBar status is enabled to unlock the full functionality of all notification popups. These include Sales Notification Popups, Cart Notification Popups, Online Visitors Notification Popups, Recent Visitors Notification Popups, Product Visitors Notification Popups, Product Reviews Notification Popups, Order Summary Notification Popups, Low Inventory Notification Popups, and Cart Summary Notification Popups. Enabling the status ensures that these features work seamlessly, helping you engage your customers effectively and boost your store's overall performance.
2) Statistics:
The Statistics section of the dashboard is designed to provide store owners/merchants with quick insights, especially as they manage time-sensitive tasks. The primary goals of this section are to highlight data deviations clearly, present current resources, and display their status effectively.
The Statistics on the dashboard serve as a tool for analytics. Here, you can access key performance metrics such as the total number of clicks, today’s clicks, yesterday’s clicks, clicks from the last seven days, and clicks from the last thirty days, all performed by store visitors. These metrics are automatically updated whenever a visitor interacts with a product through features like the Sales Notification Popup, Cart Notification Popup, or Product Reviews Notification Popup. Below this section, you’ll find additional options to further explore and manage your data.
I) Total:
The Total metric provides an overview of the total number of clicks performed by store visitors on products featured in the Sales Notification Popup, Cart Notification Popup, or Product Reviews Notification Popup. This value represents the cumulative number of clicks tracked since the ToastiBar App was installed, offering store owners a clear picture of overall visitor engagement over time.
II) Today:
The Today metric shows the total number of clicks performed by store visitors on products featured in the Sales Notification Popup, Cart Notification Popup, or Product Reviews Notification Popup within the current day. This provides real-time insights into visitor engagement for the day.
III) Yesterday:
The Yesterday metric displays the total number of clicks performed by store visitors on products in the Sales Notification Popup, Cart Notification Popup, or Product Reviews Notification Popup from the previous day. This helps store owners track and compare engagement on a daily basis.
IV) The Last 7 Days:
The Last 7 Days metric shows the total number of clicks performed by store visitors on products featured in the Sales Notification Popup, Cart Notification Popup, or Product Reviews Notification Popup over the past seven days. This gives store owners a weekly overview of visitor engagement and helps identify trends over a longer period.
V) The Last 30 Days:
The Last 30 Days metric displays the total number of clicks performed by store visitors on products in the Sales Notification Popup, Cart Notification Popup, or Product Reviews Notification Popup over the past 30 days. This provides a broader view of visitor engagement and helps store owners analyze trends and performance over the course of a month.
3) Statistical Analysis of Notification Apps
The Statistical Analysis of the ToastiBar App provides an overview of the app’s overall activity, along with detailed, app-specific statistical data. It includes comprehensive reports that break down performance metrics, helping store owners analyze the effectiveness of different notification popups and make informed decisions to optimize their store’s engagement and sales.
I) Sales Notification
In this section, you can view the number of impressions, which are counted when a pop-up is displayed on a page for more than two seconds. Each instance of this is considered as 1 impression.
Clicks represent the number of times a customer (visitor) interacts with the pop-up.
Next, the Click Through Rate (CTR) is the percentage of clicks relative to impressions, calculated using the formula:
CTR = (Number of Clicks * 100) / Impressions

In this section, you can view the number of impressions, which are counted when a pop-up is displayed on a page for more than two seconds. Each instance of this is considered as 1 impression.

4) Most recent 5 clicked products
The Dashboard also includes an analytics feature called Most Recent 5 Clicked Products, which is highly valuable for store owners/merchants to identify the most recently clicked products on their store.
This feature tracks clicks from both Desktop and Mobile/Tablet devices, automatically reflecting any product clicks by visitors.
As shown in the snapshot above, it displays the five most recent clicked products across both Desktop and Mobile/Tablet devices. It also includes the date and time of each click, providing essential insights that can help store owners/merchants develop effective marketing strategies.
5) Top 5 best performing products
The Dashboard also features a section called Top 5 Best-Performing Products, which allows store owners/merchants to quickly identify their top-performing products.
This functionality provides a comprehensive list of the top 5 best-performing products on your website, helping you gain valuable insights into what’s driving engagement. With this data, store owners/merchants can easily craft targeted marketing strategies to boost sales.
As shown in the snapshot above, it displays the top 5 best-performing products along with the number of clicks each product has received from store visitors.
