How does the Buy Me App Dashboard look?



The Buy Me app provides a comprehensive Dashboard, that allows you to monitor the app's performance and key statistics in one place. This guide will walk you through the sections of the dashboard and how to interpret the data.

Accessing the Dashboard



Log in to your Shopify Admin Panel.
Navigate to Apps from the left-side menu and click on the Buy Me app.

Dashboard Sections



1) Status:





Make sure the Buy Me app status is enabled to use all its features, including the Sticky Buy Me Widget, Sticky Buy Me Cart, Sticky Cart Preview, Quick Buy Me Widget, Sticky URL-Based ATC, Remember My Cart and Festival Attractions.

2) Statistical Analysis:





The Statistics section of the dashboard is designed to provide store owners/merchants with quick insights while they focus on time-sensitive tasks. Its primary goal is to present data deviations clearly, display current resources, and keep merchants informed about their store’s engagement.

Remaining Clicks: It shows the number of remaining add-to-cart clicks available for the current month.

Total Clicks: It displays the total number of add-to-cart clicks made by visitors. This count includes all add-to-cart clicks since the Buy Me app was installed and is not limited to the current month. The app registers one click when a visitor interacts with the Add-To-Cart button of the Sticky Buy Me Widget or the Add-To-Cart icon of the Quick Buy Me Widget.

Total Potential Revenue: It represents the Total Potential Revenue, which is a gross income estimate. It reflects the potential revenue earned through the Buy Me app when a visitor adds a product to the cart via the Sticky Buy Me Widget or Quick Buy Me Widget. The app adds the product’s price to the Total Potential Revenue upon an add-to-cart action.

3) Feature-Specific Performance (Statistical Analysis of Buy Me App)





The dashboard provides insights into the performance of various Buy Me app features:

3.1) Sticky Buy Me Widget





Here, you can see the number of impressions, which represents how often the Sticky Buy Me Widget is displayed on a page. The app considers it as one impression when the widget remains visible for more than two seconds.

Clicks indicate the number of times a visitor interacts with the Add-To-Cart button of the Sticky Buy Me Widget, reflecting customer engagement and interest in making a purchase.

Click-Through Rate (CTR) measures the percentage of clicks compared to impressions. It is calculated using the formula CTR = (Number of Clicks × 100) / Impressions. A higher CTR signifies better engagement and a higher likelihood of conversions.

3.2) Sticky Buy Me Cart





Here, you can see the number of impressions, which represents how often the Sticky Buy Me Cart is displayed on a page. The app considers it as one impression when the cart remains visible for more than two seconds.

Clicks indicate the number of times a visitor interacts with the Sticky Buy Me Cart icon, reflecting customer engagement and interest in accessing their cart.

3.3) Sticky Cart Preview





Here, you can see the number of impressions, which represents how often the Sticky Cart Preview is displayed on a page. The app considers it as one impression when the preview remains visible for more than two seconds.

Clicks indicate the number of times a visitor interacts with the Sticky Cart Preview, reflecting customer engagement and interest in viewing their cart details.

Click-Through Rate (CTR) measures the percentage of clicks compared to impressions. It is calculated using the formula CTR = (Number of Clicks × 100) / Impressions. A higher CTR signifies better engagement and a higher likelihood of conversions.

3.4) Quick Buy Me Widget





Here, you can see the number of impressions, which represents how often the Quick Buy Me Widget is displayed on a page. The app considers it as one impression when the widget remains visible for more than two seconds.

Clicks indicate the number of times a visitor interacts with the icons of the Quick Buy Me Widget, reflecting customer engagement and interest in making a quick purchase.

Click-Through Rate (CTR) measures the percentage of clicks compared to impressions. It is calculated using the formula CTR = (Number of Clicks × 100) / Impressions. A higher CTR signifies better engagement and a higher likelihood of conversions.

3.5) Sticky URL Based ATC





Here, you can see the number of impressions, which represents how often the Sticky Buy Me Widget is displayed on a page other than the product page using the Sticky URL Based ATC. The app considers it as one impression when the widget remains visible for more than two seconds.

Clicks indicate the number of times a visitor interacts with the Add-To-Cart button of the Sticky Buy Me Widget when displayed on pages other than the product page using the Sticky URL Based ATC. This reflects customer engagement and interest in adding products to the cart from various sections of the store.

Click-Through Rate (CTR) measures the percentage of clicks compared to impressions. It is calculated using the formula CTR = (Number of Clicks × 100) / Impressions. A higher CTR signifies better engagement and a higher likelihood of conversions.

3.6) Remember My Cart





Here, you can see the Remembered count, which represents the number of times a customer adds products to the cart after logging in. The app considers this as one Remembered event.

Similarly, you can see the Recovered count, which tracks how often a customer recovers previously added-to-cart products by logging in. Each successful recovery is counted as one Recovered event.

Remembered To Recovered (RTR) measures the percentage of Recovered events compared to Remembered events. It is calculated using the formula RTR = (Recovered × 100) / Remembered. A higher RTR indicates effective cart retention and increased chances of completed purchases.
