How do the Low Inventory Notification popups work in the ToastiBar app?

Low Inventory Notification Popups keep visitors informed about real-time product availability, enhancing their shopping experience and fostering trust in your website’s reliability. This transparency encourages informed decision-making while boosting both credibility and conversions.

By highlighting limited stock, these popups effectively create a sense of urgency, motivating customers to take prompt action - whether it's adding items to their cart or making a purchase sooner.

Status

To display the Low Inventory Notification popups on your website, ensure that the ToastiBar App status and the Low Inventory Notification status are enabled. This feature highlights products with low inventory to create urgency and encourage purchases from your visitors/customers.

If you wish to disable these popups for specific devices, simply untick or uncheck the Desktop Enabled and/or Mobile Enabled checkboxes. This provides the flexibility to tailor the notifications to specific devices.

Always remember to click the Save button after making any changes to apply your settings effectively.

Template

In the ToastiBar App, you can fully customize the popup message for the Low Inventory Notification by editing the template. The app provides several variables to personalize the message, such as {{ product_title }} variable shows the name of the product that has low inventory, {{ current_inventory_value }} variable shows the available inventory for the product.

You can also add emojis to the message as needed (optional), and apply filters to the variables if desired (optional). Additionally, you can set the Bold effect, Italic effect, Underline effect, and Strikethrough effect to normal text as well as the variables. If at any point you wish to reset the message to its default state, simply click the Reset button.

Make sure to click the Save button after making any changes to ensure your customizations are applied successfully.

View All Templates:

The View All Templates button will display a list of the templates added for different countries and languages (available only for Shopify). In this section, you can view the Country/Language name, the Template associated with it, and the available Action options. Under the Action column, you have the option to edit or delete a template.

Additionally, by clicking on the Add New Template button, you can create and add a new template for a specific country or language (available only for Shopify). This allows you to further customize the app’s messaging to match the language preferences of your customers across different regions.

Add New Template:

Whenever you want to use a country/language-specific readymade template, you can easily add it by clicking the Add New Template button.



After clicking the button, the app will allow you to select a country/language (available only for Shopify) from the list. Simply find and select the desired country or language. Once selected, the app will display the readymade template for that specific country/language. You can modify the template as needed, or if you’re satisfied with the default template, you can directly add it by clicking the Save button. Once saved, the template will be added to your list, and you’ll be able to view all the templates you've added in the View All Templates section.

Other Settings

In the Order Summary Notification Popups, the Other Settings allow you to choose the quantity threshold and variables colors according to your preferences.

Quantity Threshold: This setting allows you to define the inventory level at which the Low Inventory Notification popup will begin to appear. Once the product inventory reaches or falls below the specified value, the app will display the Low Inventory Notification popups.

Variables Color: You can choose and configure the color for the variables to align with your site's styling.

After making any adjustments, be sure to click the Save button to apply the changes.
