How do Exclude Orders work with the Sales Notification popups?

The Exclude Orders feature in ToastiBar allows you to hide specific order pop-ups from being displayed on your store. It helps you manage the order activity shown to visitors and display only the order pop-ups you want customers to see.

How to Exclude an Order (Hide Popup)

Step 1: Open the Exclude Orders Page

Shopify

1. Open the ToastiBar app and go to the Exclude Orders page.

Wix

2. Open the ToastiBar app and go to the Exclude Orders page.

3. Open the ToastiBar app and go to the Exclude Orders page.

Step 2: Click the Exclude Order Button

Step 3: Select the Order

Step 4: Click the Exclude Button

The order pop-ups will be hidden within a few seconds after being excluded. Due to CDN caching, changes may take a short time to appear on your store.

How to Show an Excluded Order (Re-include)

Step 1: Open the Excluded Orders Page

Step 2: Click the Delete Button

The order will be removed from the excluded list, and its pop-ups will start appearing again.

Important Notes

• This feature only controls pop-up visibility.
• Orders are not deleted from your store.
• You can hide or show order pop-ups at any time.
• Changes may take a few seconds to appear due to CDN caching.
